If there is a Marshall Lab Application you need Citrix access to, please make a request of the Marshall Help Desk to put the application on Citrix. Please note that Citrix contains most Marshall Lab Applications but not all. Applications appear on your screen you can manipulate them using your mouse and keyboard and you can open & save files. Note that the applications are not actually downloaded to your home PC - computing takes place on Marshall servers however, from your perspective, it appears as though you are running the applications on your own PC.
